Abridged from the Gazette Journal, 9.3.06:

Around 30 residents have launched a petition to stop a massage parlour and escort agency coming to town.

An application has been made to CDC re 27A Higher Lux Street.

Plymouth based owner Marc Evans promises an appointment only, CCTV monitored "up market venue" for the over 25s.....
